Q 1：When running the program in Unity Editor Mode, there is no picture in the HMD, or the frames freeze while the user's head is turning.
A：The PicoVR Unity SDK supports program previews using the Unity Editor Mode through the HMD. Developers can enable "Open Editor Debug" in the inspector of the PicoVR prefab to activate this function.
Q 2：Which Unity versions are supported by the PicoVR Unity SDK?
A：PicoVR Unity SDK supports Unity 5.2 and above.
Q 3：Is there a SDK for Unreal Engine 4? Does Pico support Unreal Engine 4?
A：Yes. The PicoVR UE4 SDK for Windows 64bit is already available, and the PicoVR UE4 SDK for Android is in the process of implementation. For the further details developers located in US and Europe can email email@example.com . For others, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q 4：What are the key codes of the Pico Neo gamepad buttons?
A：Below are the key codes:
Key A: Joystick1Button0
Key B: Joystick1Button1
Key X: Joystick1Button2
Key Y: Joystick1Button3
Key L: Joystick1Button4
Key R: Joystick1Button5
Q 5：When running an application, black lines are appearing at the edge of the pictures and frames seem to be lagging?
A：There may be too many triangles of objects in the scene, which causes a low FPS at runtime. To achieve a good performance, it is required that FPS should reach 30 at least. Ideally FPS 45+ would be better.
Q 6：After installing the application, the app is displayed in a window instead of the full screen.
A：Please add the following code to "Androidmanifest.xml":
< meta - data android: name = "com. Picovr. Type" android: value = "vr" / >
Q 7：When running the application, sometimes scenes do not display completely and frames freeze.
A：Please confirm the Unity version. If you are using Unity 5.4 or above, please ensure the vertical sync in Quality Settings is disabled. For more details please refer to section 3.1 in the SDK documentation. If the issue still cannot be fixed, please email Pico Technical Support.
For the developers located in US and Europe, please send email to email@example.com . For others, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q 8：When compiling the SDK Demo, it shows "PVR_Runtime Error" message!
A：Please update the SDK version to 1.6.0.
Q 9：How to set a Camera Culling Mask.
A：In the PicoVR perfab, developers can control whether the object should be displayed in the left and right eyes’ picture or not by setting the Culling Mask attribute of the ”LeftEye” and “RightEye”. Unlike the Cardboard SDK, with PicoVR the developer only needs to modify the Culling Mask property and no other attribute.
If you need to change Culling Mask values during the Runtime, it is the same with the ordinary camera in Unity.
